Four Points By Sheraton Bali, Kuta, Kuta (Bali)

The hotel offers great rooms with excellent staff and money exchange onsite, though some basic necessities were missing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean with a lovely welcome cake for honeymooners. However, the room lacked ironing equipment, a laundry bag, cotton buds, and a bathing robe.

I couldn't believe the breathtaking view from my room once I opened the drapes! The rooms were a bit small, and there was limited space for our clothes, but they were decent, featuring two double beds in a twin setup and a small balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel's location was one of the main reasons we chose it, offering easy access to all the vibrant areas of Kuta, whether you're into pubs, clubs, or spas.

The hotel had spacious rooms that were neat and ready before our arrival, but unfortunately, the air conditioner didn't dry the damp air enough, and a neighboring dog's continuous barking made it a very noisy stay, preventing me from getting a good night's sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located nearby the beach and various shops. The rooms were comfortable overall, though some noise disturbances were encountered. The staff provided a lovely experience, although there were limitations to the dining choices. The facilities were generally satisfactory, offering a pleasant stay at a reasonable price.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was great and the staff provided excellent customer service, the rooms were lacking in basic amenities and the bathroom was a bit hazardous. The dining options were good but somewhat repetitive. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel offered good value for its price.
